A five-month virtual program grounded in the principals of emotional intelligence for leaders ready to stop reacting and start leading from the inside out.
This is a five-month virtual leadership development program grounded in the principles of leadership and emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is the ability to have an experience, be present to that experience, and still act from what you are committed to.
The first part of the program is focused entirely on you, how you (and most humans) operate, what drives your decisions, and what keeps you stuck. That self-awareness becomes the foundation for everything else. When you understand how human beings operate, you develop a natural facility with people. After all, leadership skills and people skills are one and the same.
This is not a business course. It is personal growth work with direct and lasting professional results. Participants adopt healthy habits, make more money, elevate careers, and transform their relationships because leading change in the world begins with leading change within yourself.
1-HOUR GROUP CALL, 3X A MONTH FOR FIVE MONTHS

You will learn to allow and even relax with emotion and still act from your values and your commitments. This is the definition of emotional intelligence, and it changes everything about how you lead.
Real power is the capacity to translate your intention into reality. In this course, you will discover where you have been operating from false power such as control, status, and force. You’ll experience what becomes available when you stop looking to the world for your experience of power.
You’ll learn to recognize what drains you and what restores you. Tolerations, unmet needs, avoidance behaviors, and stuck emotional patterns take an enormous amount of energy. As you address them, that energy can be used to learn and focus on what you want. You ultimately bring more of yourself to the people and work that matter.
Most of us do not have the language for what we are experiencing emotionally, and our language has not yet caught up with what it means to be emotionally intelligent. This program gives you that language, as well as a mental practice for processing emotion.
Leadership is not transactional. It is relational. As you become more internally directed, less focused on managing perception, and more genuinely curious about others, your relationships transform. Participants describe this shift happening at work, at home, and even in relationships they had given up on.
When you stop resisting your internal experience and start allowing it, your mind clears. You become available to the people in front of you, to the moment you are in, and to the decisions that matter. Presence is not a practice you add on. It is what remains when you stop fighting and resisting.
Fixed thinking keeps you in your comfort zone. Learning to ask great questions: open, possibility-focused, honest inquiry trains your brain to loosen its grip on what it already knows. You become someone who sees what others miss, because you are willing to not know, you are willing to be uncertain. This is one of the most critical distinctions between a manager and a leader.
Leadership is ultimately about people. The work you do to understand yourself, your emotions, your patterns, your values, and your own learning gaps. All of that gives you the ability to see the same in others; their potential, their commitments, their values, and their capacity. When you can see that in yourself, you can see it everywhere.

When I first took Leading Change, I grew in ways that left a lasting imprint. There are concepts from that course that I still carry in my heart. Alicia has a rare gift: she not only shares her passion but creates space for her clients to feel her love and, even more importantly, to feel love for ourselves.

Leading Change was a transformative experience, both personally and professionally. I gained invaluable insights and tools, learned profound lessons from the group, and discovered a lot about myself, especially in managing emotions like fear. It greatly enhanced my approach and presence as a manager and leader, a change my direct reports noticed and appreciated.

Alicia is a wise, insightful, inspirational leader. I participated in her Leading Change and Coaching Clinic courses, and I can attest that they were life-changing for me as a leader and as a human being! She shines in her ability to educate and inspire while being laser-focused on practical changes you can make to your mindset and behaviors to achieve your goals.

I have taken both Leading Change and Leading Change Mastery and found the experiences to be very worthwhile. The concepts were simple and practical, and the process of discussing them with the group and then doing some ‘homework’ really solidified them in a way that reading a book never could.

Alicia’s Leading Change program via People Biz is very effective.
