Our People

A small team with a shared commitment to thoughtful leadership and exceptional client care.

People Biz has always been built on relationships. Whether someone joins us for a single workshop or remains a coaching client for years, every engagement is an opportunity to work alongside people navigating meaningful moments in their professional lives.

Today, that work is supported by a small team with a shared commitment to helping professionals grow. Meet the two women who help bring People Biz to life.

The Company We Keep

While People Biz may be a small team, the community surrounding it is anything but.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with leaders from organizations of every size and across a wide range of industries. Some have come to us to navigate change. Others to develop their leadership, strengthen their organizations, or simply gain a new perspective. Whatever brought them here, they all share a willingness to invest in themselves and the people around them.
